Privacy Policy

Plain English. We tell you what we collect, why, and who else sees it. If something here is unclear or you want your data deleted, email hello@teeuptrips.com.

What we collect

Account info you give us. When you sign up, we store your email and (optionally) your name. If you sign in with Google we get your name, email, and avatar URL from Google.
Trips you build. The courses, days, tier, lodging, and notes you save are stored in our database so we can show them back to you and let you share them. If you make a trip public via a share link, anyone with the link can view it.
Concierge conversations. Messages you send to the AI Planner ("Concy") are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. We log conversations server-side so you can resume them and so we can improve the product.
Analytics + ad measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics (page views) and the Meta Pixel + Meta Conversions API (signup and trip-save events) to understand whether ads we run are reaching the right people. Meta also receives a hashed version of your email when you sign up so it can attribute conversions back to its platform. We do not sell your data.
Cookies. Login session, UTM tracking (which ad sent you), and the Meta Pixel's own cookies (_fbp, _fbc). No third-party advertising or retargeting beyond Meta's standard pixel.
Email. We send a welcome email on signup via Resend. We do not currently send marketing email.

Who we share data with

Anthropic — to generate Concy's responses from your messages.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — pixel + Conversions API events for ad attribution. Email is sent hashed.
Vercel — hosts the site and runs analytics on page views.
Resend — sends the welcome email.
Google — only if you sign in with Google; we get the profile info Google returns.
Neon — our Postgres database provider; stores accounts, trips, conversations.

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. We don't share it for purposes outside running the product.

Your choices

Delete your account. Email hello@teeuptrips.com and we'll remove your account and saved trips. We aim to do this within 7 days.
Opt out of pixel tracking. Most browsers (Safari, Firefox, Brave) block the Meta Pixel by default; you can also use any ad blocker. Server-side conversion events still fire when you sign up, but you can request these events be excluded from Meta by emailing us.
Clear your local UTM cookies. Clearing site data in your browser removes the UTM and session cookies we set.

Where data lives

Servers are in the United States (Vercel, Neon). If you're outside the US, by using TeeUpTrips you're consenting to that transfer.

Kids

TeeUpTrips isn't directed at anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from kids.

Changes

If we change this materially we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Big changes (like new third-party processors) will also get an email to active accounts.
